Although most people first come to know Lew Everling as an extraordinarily gifted photographer, those who know him well understand that his passion for life is unquestionably his greatest talent. Lew has learned how to turn his passion into profit by thinking outside the realms of traditional photographic thought with inventive marketing techniques and old-world service-oriented philosophies. He creates synergistic relationships with his subjects that ultimately lend depth and emotion to his images From the age of 11 when he learned to make a black and white print on an elementary school field trip, Lew has immersed himself in photography. An avid volunteer with PPA, PPI and the American Diabetes Association, Lew owns a 1200 square foot studio/gallery in Kokomo, Indiana just minutes from a 3-acre portrait park. Lew teaches new and established artists how to creatively promote themselves by embracing life-long learning opportunities, creating strong networking circles, and developing effective self-promotion collateral. Lew is also a director on the PPof Indiana board with duties of technology, communication and marketing.
