Welcome To The New IPPG Blog Site!
IPPG has adopted a brand new system for providing the membership access to current, up to date information. The new blog site offers everything the old website did plus many new benefits. We can easily post current events and news, along with photos, videos, and music. The blog site is not open for comments to keep maintenance at a minimum. It is open to all members and guests. IPPG also has a new Forum. The forum is for members only with the following exceptions. Guests are able to view the calendar so they have access to IPPG events and information. Guests are also able to view the Membership List. Potential clients can still find a photographer through IPPG by viewing the Membership List. We will be adding all current members to the forum list. You will receive an email asking you to activate your account. Click on the link, then log into the forum and change your default password. If there are comments or suggestions for additional functionality for the website, blog, or the forum, please use the suggestion box on the forum. We are planning additional functionality in the very near future. We will be adding the ability to fill out a form for your fellowship points, email reminders for meetings, email reminders for renewals, and email reminders for the fall seminar. Any member that wants one of their photos on the splash page please email me and enclose the image(s). Images for the splash page should be 300px x 300px jpgs at quality 8.
IMPORTANT!!! There will no longer be a printed membership directory, or newsletter. The membership directory is now online on the forum under "members". The newsletter is now online on the forum under IPPG Information / Meetings And Newsletters. Newsletters will no longer be mailed or emailed to the members. Meeting information, and dinner reservations are all available on the blog. Everything should be self explainatory, but if you need help or have questions, please contact one of the board members. Thank You!!
Please be patient while we finish up all the little odds and ends... It is a HUGE task to get all of this together. All information is being updated, double checked for accuracy, reworked for simplicity, and then uploaded to the new server for permanent storage.
