Brian Crussel and his wife Deb, own Personal Touch Portrait Studios in Lafayette, IN. They have been in business for 25 years this past May. Brian is the sole photographer at the studio and Deb is in charge of their sales and marketing. Deb has been full time in their studio for the past 6 years. Although they have been in the photography business for several years, the industry is ever changing and you cannot get too comfortable in your approach to business. They will talk about the generations wants, needs and attitudes toward photography are ever changing and it is challenging to discover the best ways to "sell" to them and to discover just how they plan to use our products and services. Deb will talk with us about trends that they are seeing for this new generation and some of the marketing approaches they are taking to get their attention and interest. Deb will talk about developing marketing pieces, products and services for this generation and talk about what we should be looking for in the future of the senior portrait industry. She will also talk about projection sales and her approach in the sales room.
